The Gotham Ruff Leash 2.0 is a shock absorbing dog leash that has a spring that's designed to absorb the impact of your dog pulling during walks. The handle is soft and cushioned with neoprene. The super hook has a screw lock that can be locked by rotating it for extra safety.
